Our policies are put in place to ensure a seamless experience for both parties involved.Â
Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the inability to make future bookings.
Arrival Times
Please arrive at least no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Illnesses
We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you're feeling unwell. Nail treatments require your tech to work within close proximity for extended periods of time.
This increases the risk of illness transmission, resulting in taking time off therefore affecting future appointments and the business.
Booking Fees
A £10 booking fee will be charged at time of booking for each treatment. This will be deducted from the total bill on the day of the appointment.
The booking fee can be moved once if more than 2 days notice is given.
Cancellations
A minimum of 2 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge.
If less than 2 days cancellation notice is provided, the booking fee will be charged.
Cancellation made the day before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% and no show/last minute cancellations will be charged the full 100% of the treatment cost.
